Yes. Individual Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs) apply the principle of mutual recognition of ELP Certificates in compliance with European regulations.

No. You must create an account before signing up to any of our services. Creating an account allows us to automatically issue your certificate after your assessment.
The first thing to do is create an account on AEPS.AERO (as described in question 3).
Once you have created your account and signed into it, there are two ways to sign up for a assessment:
Directly from your account homepage:After logging into your account, click on the button marked "GET AN ASSESSMENT NOW"
This will take you straight to the assessment calendar.
Click on CALENDAR tab in the main menu.
The calendar will display all assessments and courses available*. Select the one you are interested in, and then click on “Info and registration”.
To sign up for your chosen course or assessment, click on CHOOSE THIS SESSION. You will then be taken to the payment page.
There are two ways of paying:
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER: payment by bank transfer
If you choose this option, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details.
Please be aware that if you select this payment method, your sign-up will only be confirmed once payment has been received in our account.
We will send you an e-mail once payment has been received.
PAY NOW: Immediate payment by credit or debit card.
If you pay by card, your sign-up will be confirmed straight away. Our operations department will send you an e-mail with your assessment time, at the latest 48h before the date of your chosen session.

Yes, but please be aware that your assessment will not be confirmed until the funds have been paid into our account. Depending on your country, this can take up to five working days.
If you click on the DIRECT BANK TRANSFER button, your sign-up will be provisionally confirmed pending payment. You will receive an e-mail with our bank details. Please be aware that your assessment/course will not be fully confirmed until the funds have reached our bank.
If you click on PAY NOW, you will be taken to our secure card payment page. This is the fastest and easiest way to pay, and your assessment/course will be confirmed instantly. Payment services are provided by our partner Worldine.
Our operations department will send you an e-mail with the time of your assessment at the latest 48 hours before your assessment. If you intend to sign up very close to the assessment date (i.e. the day before), please contact us by telephone or e-mail first, to check that we have space left and to confirm your assessment time.
Yes, in order for our system to issue your certificate, you also need to sign up to a assessment session. Your trainer will provide guidance on this if necessary.
When your course also includes the cost of your assessment, you will be given a voucher which you can input into the assessment sign-up form. This voucher will reduce the amount payable to zero.
The sign-up procedure is the same as detailed in question 5. The only difference is that you need to input the voucher number and click on “OK” to reduce the amount payable to zero.
You can then click on “Pay Now” to complete your sign-up.
Once payment has been made, you can download your invoice directly from your AEPS account.*
If you pay by card, your invoice will be generated straight away. If you pay by another means, the invoice may take a few days to appear.
